For Instance question 106 , MS SQL does allow Multi AZ.

Used this dump for the AWS Developer exam and passed with overall 87%. I also took the acloudguru course along with the aws web services in action book which I used more as a reference but is also good if you want more hands on experience. You also get hands on experience with the acloudguru course which is more than enough. Great job guys!
