The Reserve Bank may recover from the sender the attorneys' fees if an action is brought against a Reserve Bank on the basis of:

  2. Any action by the Reserve Bank within the scope of its authority in handling the item
  3. Any warranty made by the Reserve Bank

  3. Bank makes for a substitute check
  4. Sender identifies liability to Reserve Bank

Studying from this dump helped me understand the concept and what comes in the exam. But I only get about 80 to 85% of the questions not 100% as it is claimed. Well... still good enough to pass.
