OMG OMG-OCEB2-FUND100 Exam Prep
OMG-Certified Expert in BPM 2 - Fundamental (Page 5 )

• On-premises resources, such as an existing database
• Cloud resources, such as Azure services or virtual machines
• Connectivity that allows the application to use both environments

• Public cloud: resources are entirely provided through a public cloud provider.
• Private cloud: resources are dedicated to one organization, typically on-premises or privately hosted.

• Two-part tariff pricing: $10 per unit
• Dual pricing: $20 per unit

Two-part tariff pricing

Dual pricing

• Division X, the seller, is credited with the market price: \(\$20\)
• Division Y, the buyer, is charged the marginal cost: \(\$10\)

• Crowd-sourced evaluation: Requires recruiting and managing many evaluators.
• Human-worker evaluation: Provides human judgment but requires coordination, labeling instructions, and quality control.
• RLHF: Is a training and alignment process, not simply a low-overhead model comparison method.
• Automatic model evaluation: Quickly evaluates outputs using predefined toxicity or quality metrics with minimal manual effort.

• Guest access: Controls external users invited into your teams as guests. It is not the primary setting for restricting federated communication by domain.
• Messaging policy: Controls messaging features, such as chat or message editing, rather than which organizations users can communicate with.
• Org-wide Teams settings: Contains broad Teams-wide configuration, but domain-based external communication is configured under External access.

• Packet loss
• Latency
• Jitter
• Call quality by user, device, network, location, or building

• Teams Usage Report: Shows adoption and usage statistics, not detailed call-quality metrics.
• Teams Device Usage Report: Reports which devices are being used and how, but does not provide detailed packet-loss analysis.
• Microsoft Network Testing Companion: Helps assess network readiness before deployment, but it is not the primary tool for analyzing packet loss from actual Teams calls.

• Compute: Not used; no virtual warehouse is required.
• Data Storage: Not scanned again.
• Metadata: May help Snowflake manage and validate cached results, but it is not the Snowflake architectural layer identified as serving the request.
• Cloud Services: Handles query coordination, metadata services, authentication, and result-cache access.

• Marketing users: Dynamic Forms can show all fields.
• Support users: Field visibility rules can display only the Support preference fields on the record page.
• Reporting: Both profiles can still report on all fields because Dynamic Forms controls page visibility, not the underlying field access.

• A — Two record types and page layouts: Page layouts can control field placement and editability, but they are less flexible for conditional field visibility and would not be the best fit here.
• C — Muting permission set: Permission-set muting is used with permission-set groups; it does not conditionally hide fields on a page.
• D — Field-Level Security: FLS would remove field visibility at the security level. If fields are hidden by FLS, users generally cannot report on or access those fields, conflicting with the requirement that both users report on all data.

• Scanning is not essential during a power outage.
• A scanner can consume UPS battery power without helping the user save cloud documents or shut down safely.
• The UPS should be reserved for the computer, monitor, and necessary network equipment.
• The surge protector helps protect the scanner from voltage spikes, but it will not keep it running during an outage.

• 10 minutes have elapsed, or
• 20 MB of accounting data has accumulated

1. It examines the source MAC address and learns it on the incoming port.
2. It examines the destination MAC address.
3. If the destination MAC is already in the MAC/CAM table, it forwards the frame only through the associated port.
4. If the destination MAC is unknown, it performs unknown-unicast flooding:

• Deterrent control: The signs warning that people may be filmed can discourage unauthorized or malicious activity. They do not directly stop the action; they influence behavior.
• Detective control: CCTV records or monitors activity so security personnel can identify events or investigate them afterward.

• Preventive: Stops an incident from occurring, such as access control.
• Corrective: Restores systems after an incident.
• Directive: Instructs people to behave in a certain way, such as a security policy.
• Compensating: An alternative control used when the preferred control is not feasible.

• 25 – Traditional SMTP server-to-server mail transfer; often blocked for client submission and not inherently secure.
• 110 – POP3 for receiving email; unencrypted by default.
• 143 – IMAP for accessing email; unencrypted by default.
• 587 – Authenticated email submission and commonly secured with TLS.

• SQL injection: Manipulates database queries through application input.
• XML external entities (XXE): Abuses XML parsers to access files, internal systems, or other resources.
• Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF): Tricks an already authenticated user’s browser into sending an unwanted request. It generally does not steal session cookies.

• Scale out during the hours when customer traffic is high.
• Scale in during low-demand periods, reducing instance-hours and cost.
• Use scaling policies based on metrics such as CPU utilization or request count.

• Multiple Availability Zones: Improves availability and fault tolerance, but does not automatically reduce cost.
• Placement group: Helps with specialized performance or low-latency requirements, not cost optimization.
• Private subnets: Improve network security, but do not automatically adjust capacity or reduce EC2 usage costs.

• Operating profit is affected because transfer price determines internal sales revenue.
• Return on investment (ROI) is affected because ROI depends partly on operating profit.
• Sales revenue is affected because the division records revenue from transferring its output.
• Cost of components purchased is not affected by the transfer price. These are input costs paid to external suppliers and are based on the supplier’s price.

• C — Before update
• D — Before insert

apex
trigger AccountTrigger on Account (before insert, before update) {
    for (Account acct : Trigger.new) {
        acct.Description = 'Updated automatically';
    }
}

• In after insert and after update, Trigger.new records are read-only.
• Use after triggers when you need the record’s final database Id or want to create/update related records.
• Attempting to change a field directly in an after trigger causes a read-only error.

• Enable screensaver locks: After inactivity, the workstation locks and requires the user to authenticate again. This prevents someone nearby from using an unattended logged-in computer.

• Apply a BIOS password: A BIOS/UEFI password helps prevent unauthorized users from changing boot settings, booting from external media, or bypassing normal startup controls. It adds protection before the operating system loads.

• Defragment the hard drive: Improves drive organization/performance, not access control.
• Enable SSH: Provides remote command-line access and could introduce another access path; it does not restrict local workstation users.
• Disable iCloud integration: Not a general workstation access-control measure.
• Enable the firewall: Protects against network connections, but does not stop an unauthorized person who is physically using the workstation.

xml
<apex:page>
    <apex:stylesheet value="{!URLFOR($Resource.MyStyles, 'styles/main.css')}" />
</apex:page>

• <apex:includeScript> is for JavaScript.
• <apex:includeStyle> is not a valid Visualforce component.
• <apex:require> is not the Visualforce tag used to load CSS.

• Menerjemahkan soal ke bahasa Indonesia.
• Menyebutkan jawaban yang benar.
• Menjelaskan alasan jawaban tersebut.
• Memberi tahu jika kunci jawaban yang tersedia tampaknya keliru.
• Menjelaskan istilah teknis penting dalam soal.

• Recovery Services vault — stores Site Recovery configuration and recovery metadata.
• Hyper-V site — represents the on-premises Hyper-V environment.
• Azure virtual network — the target network where the replicated VM will run after failover. Since Azure VMs already use the same virtual network, that VNet can be selected as the target.
• Storage account or managed-disk target, depending on the ASR configuration and portal version.
• Provider/agent on the Hyper-V server — enables replication from Hyper-V to Azure.

• The table is large.
• Queries frequently filter or join on particular columns.
• The table’s natural data order does not support good micro-partition pruning.
• Clustering improves performance enough to justify its maintenance cost.

• The requirement is an assessment of the Azure environment’s design, which requires a support plan offering proactive architectural guidance.
• Premier support would provide this capability, but it is a high-cost option.
• Since the requirement says to minimize expenses, Premier is not the best recommendation.
• A lower-cost plan with the required advisory/design-review capability—historically Professional Direct in Azure’s support-plan model—would be more appropriate.

• Which batches and markets are affected
• Whether the deficiency affects product quality, efficacy, or patient safety
• Whether the issue is an ongoing manufacturing problem
• Whether immediate containment or distribution suspension is needed

• A — Withdraw the product: may be necessary, but is premature before assessing the risk.
• B — “Dear Dr.” letter: may be appropriate later, depending on the risk.
• C — Notify global authorities: may become mandatory, but the scope and urgency depend on the assessment.

• Limiting the number of MAC addresses learned on a switch port
• Allowing only specific, approved MAC addresses
• Taking action when the limit is exceeded, such as dropping frames or disabling the port

• Who owns security risks and decisions
• Who is responsible for implementing controls
• Who reports security performance to management
• How security responsibilities align with business objectives

• B — Compliance with audit requirements: Governance may support compliance, but audit compliance is not its main objective.
• C — Monitoring security incidents: This is an operational security activity, not the central purpose of governance.
• D — Creation of tactical solutions: Governance establishes direction and oversight; tactical solutions belong to management and operational teams.

apex
Set<Id> accountIds = new Set<Id>{ accountId1, accountId2 };

List<Account> accounts = [
    SELECT Id, Name
    FROM Account
    WHERE Id IN :accountIds
];

• A: LIMIT accepts a number, not a collection of IDs.
• B: Set.containsAll() checks set contents in Apex; it does not filter SOQL results.
• C: Database.query() accepts a dynamic SOQL string, not a Set<Id> directly.

• Custom domains are supported.
• It provides dedicated compute instances.
• It offers enough storage for the applications.
• It supports multiple instances with load balancing between them.
• It is less expensive than higher tiers such as Premium.

• Free and Shared use shared compute and have limited storage, so they cannot meet the dedicated-instance requirement.
• Basic provides dedicated compute and custom domains, but the question’s requirement for the broader multi-instance/load-balancing capability is intended to point to Standard.

• Static IP address: Not needed if the workstation already has network connectivity.
• Subnet mask: Incorrect subnetting would usually prevent local communication, including pinging the server.
• Default gateway: Primarily affects communication outside the local network; it does not normally prevent finding an internal domain controller.

• A is correct: It establishes the revised dates and identifies the effect on the critical path.
• B is premature: Stakeholders should be informed after the impact has been assessed and the updated schedule is understood.
• C is not automatically appropriate: Fast-tracking may introduce additional risk and should be considered only after analyzing schedule options.
• D is premature: Adding resources may not resolve a dependency and could increase costs without addressing the actual constraint.

• Confirming the data has the required columns and data types
• Handling missing or duplicate records
• Converting data into a suitable format
• Selecting or engineering useful features
• Splitting it into training, validation, and test sets

1. Prepare the training data
2. Select an algorithm or configure AutoML
3. Train the model
4. Evaluate its performance
5. Tune hyperparameters if needed
6. Deploy the model

• Process Builder: Automates actions based on record changes but does not create interactive forms.
• Approval Process: Routes records for approval; it is not designed to collect information through a wizard.
• Outbound Message: Sends information to an external system; it does not provide a user interface.

• Lead investigator: Coordinates the investigation and directs the response.
• Information security representative: Provides security expertise and helps assess the incident.
• Technical representative: Preserves system evidence, takes forensic backups, and supports technical analysis.
• Legal representative: Advises on legal, regulatory, privacy, and evidence-handling requirements.

• The backup file is complete and uncorrupted.
• The required data can actually be recovered.
• The recovery process and documentation work as expected.
• Recovery objectives, such as acceptable downtime, can be met.

• Backup logs may show that a job completed, but not that the backup is usable.
• File size does not prove the contents are valid.
• Email notifications may confirm process completion, not recoverability.
• Appointing a DBA does not itself validate backups.

• SQL injection
• Cross-site scripting (XSS)
• Malicious or malformed web requests
• Some application-layer attacks

• Layer 4 firewall: Filters based mainly on IP addresses, ports, and transport protocols; it cannot deeply inspect web application content.
• NGFW: Provides advanced network filtering and may include application awareness, but a WAF is more specifically designed to protect web applications.
• UTM: Combines several security functions in one appliance, but it is not the most targeted solution for a web portal.

• Record changes — a flow can start when a record is updated or otherwise changes.
• Schedules — a flow can run at a specified date/time or on a schedule.
• Record inserts — a flow can start when a new record is created.

• Subflows are reusable flow components called by another flow; they are not normally trigger types.
• Record views do not generally initiate a Flow Designer flow.

• state preserves the client’s original context, such as the specific idea URL the user requested.
• The portal sends that value in the OAuth authorization request.
• Salesforce returns it after authorization, allowing the portal to redirect the user to the original idea rather than the Ideas home page.

• Profitability and financial performance
• Long-term business viability
• Responsible use of resources
• Delivering returns to shareholders

• Social concerns people, communities, labour standards and human rights.
• Environmental concerns impacts on the planet, such as emissions and resource use.
• Legal is important for compliance, but it is not one of the three Triple Bottom Line pillars.

1. Start with the number of devices: 260 usable addresses.
2. Use the formula:

1. Test the host-bit values:

1. IPv4 has 32 total bits:

• /24: 254 usable — too small
• /23: 510 usable — sufficient
• /22: 1,022 usable — more waste
• /21: 2,046 usable — even more waste

Step 1: Calculate the rights issue price

Step 2: Calculate the number of new shares

Step 3: Calculate the value after the issue and project

• Rights issue proceeds: $21.6m
• Project NPV: $5m

Step 4: Calculate the theoretical ex-rights price

• Azure Machine Learning Studio is designed to build, test, train, and deploy machine-learning models, including predictive analytics.
• Azure Cosmos DB is a globally distributed NoSQL database. It can store data used by an AI solution, but it is not the primary service for developing and deploying predictive models.
• Therefore, the appropriate recommendation is Azure Machine Learning Studio, as shown in Question 15.

• Infrastructure and servers
• Operating systems and runtime
• Application maintenance and updates
• Much of the security and availability management

• A: A balance between flexibility and provider management is more characteristic of PaaS.
• C: SaaS does not maximize customer flexibility; IaaS provides more control and flexibility.
• D: Shifting emphasis between flexibility and provider management is not the primary reason to choose SaaS.

• B — Both inner and outer classes can be declared as with sharing.

• C — Inner classes do not inherit sharing settings from the container class.

apex
public with sharing class OuterClass {
    public with sharing class InnerClass {
        // Explicitly uses sharing rules
    }
}

• FUNCTION (D)
• SECURITY POLICY (E)

1. Create an inline table-valued filter predicate function. It defines which rows a user may see, often by comparing a table column with the current user identity.
2. Create a security policy that applies that function to Table1. The policy filters query results automatically.

• Penalty clauses (3): Set a financial consequence when the supplier fails to meet agreed performance standards. In commercial contracts, these must be drafted carefully because unenforceable penalties may be challenged; liquidated damages are often preferred.
• Service credits (4): Reduce the amount payable, or provide a credit, when the supplier misses SLA targets. They are a common remedy for service underperformance.

• Warranties (1): Usually provide assurances about quality, condition, or compliance, but they are not the normal direct remedy for missing ongoing SLA targets.
• Force majeure clauses (2): Excuse or protect a supplier from liability when exceptional events outside its control prevent performance. They do not compensate the buyer for ordinary poor performance.

• New Cat 5 line: Useful if testing shows a damaged cable, but the issue is specifically triggered when the fax is active.
• 802.1Q tagging: Used to carry multiple VLANs across trunk links; it does not solve the issue by itself.
• Change the MTU: Relevant to packet-size or fragmentation problems, not typical fax-related interference.

• O dispositivo estar registado no Windows Autopilot;
• A atribuição de Profile1 ao grupo;
• O estado de associação ao Microsoft Entra ID e de inscrição no Intune/MDM.

• Controlar o fluxo de dados entre S3 e SageMaker;
• Aplicar regras de segurança por meio da VPC;
• Reduzir a exposição dos dados;

• Sales revenue is affected because internal sales are recorded at the transfer price.
• Operating profit is affected because revenue changes while costs may remain unchanged.
• Return on investment (ROI) is affected because ROI depends on operating profit and the division’s investment.
• Cost of components purchased is not affected by the transfer price. These are costs incurred when buying components from external suppliers, not the internal price charged for the division’s output.
