For Question 2: Answers should be A & B.
Salesforce allows you to backup files manually once every 7 days for a weekly export or 29 days for a monthly export. In certain editions (Professional Edition and Developer Edition), you can generate backup files only every 29 days. You can also schedule backup files to generate automatically at different intervals (weekly or monthly). P.S. Monthly intervals are available in the Professional Edition and the Developer Edition.
