Overview of the 2B0-015 ES Wireless Exam
The 2B0-015 ES Wireless examination validates the technical proficiency of Network Engineers in deploying and managing Enterasys wireless infrastructure. Candidates must demonstrate deep architectural knowledge regarding the Enterasys Wireless Controller portfolio, including high-density access point provisioning, Radio Resource Management (RRM), and sophisticated RF interference mitigation. The assessment evaluates competency in configuring IEEE 802.11 standards, WPA2/WPA3 encryption protocols, and seamless L2/L3 roaming mechanisms across complex enterprise topologies. Furthermore, mastery of centralized management via the Netsight console, VLAN tagging schemes, Quality of Service (QoS) prioritization for voice and video traffic, and robust intrusion prevention system (IPS) integration remains essential for achieving certification.
