i am sharing my notes here. i passed this exam today. Here is my advice:
- Focus on key concepts: Service Value System (SVS), Service Value Chain, Guiding Principles, Practices.
- Know definitions. They love asking for exact meanings.
-Do lots of practice exams. These questions are same style as the real thing.
-Time management: 40 questions, 60 minutes. Don’t overthink.
If you have access to the full version of this material and questions just practise the format, you’ll be fine.
