It uses the system/learned route to on-prem (ExpressRoute) directly — there is no UDR on the BackEnd subnet pointing to NVA1. Traffic from VM1 is routed to VM2 through NVA1. — No. VM1 is in FrontEnd (has RT1), but RT1 contains routes for 0.0.0.0/0 and 10.0.0.0/24 only. Traffic to VM2 (192.168.2.4) matches the VNet system route (inter-subnet) and is routed directly, not via the NVA

#183 Important Intent recognition in Azure AI Speech was retired on September 30, 2025. Applications can no longer use intent recognition via Azure AI Speech.
