How to Bake a Sicilian Pizza at Home

(1) Its almost impossible to bake a Sicilian pizza at home like those pizzas baked in your hometown pizza parlor. (2) The reason is that wood-fired brickovens at the pizza parlor generates the intense heat needed to create fine pizza.
