Sharing my 2cents here.... I sat for this exam today and passed. Exam is not that hard as others reported if you prepare well. This practice questions questions are from the exam which makes passing it very easy. So no point to stress.
As others posted here in this forum, the free version gives you 50% of the questions. The full version which you need to buy has every single question you see in the exam.

I pass the exam last week. It is a very difficult exam so prepare well. You need these questions to pass but free version does not have all of it. I paid for the full version it saved me too much time.

These questions are good but the free version is not complete. Full comes with PDF. So heads up.
These are good enough to know what is coming in the exam.
