Overview of the SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP Customer Data Cloud Exam
Implementation consultants must demonstrate technical proficiency in architecting and deploying SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions, focusing on Gigya-based identity management frameworks. Candidates evaluate capabilities in schema design, site configuration, and global policy management while configuring Social Login, Registration-as-a-Service, and Consent Management modules. The assessment mandates expertise in implementing REST APIs, Web SDKs, and server-side integration patterns to synchronize identity data across heterogeneous enterprise landscapes. Practitioners must resolve complex identity challenges, secure data storage through field-level encryption, and optimize user migration workflows. Mastery of these technical objectives validates the capability to manage end-to-end customer identity lifecycles and ensure regulatory compliance within distributed cloud infrastructures.
