I gave the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor exam last week, and it was a tough one! The questions were very detailed, especially on audit principles, risk management, and compliance. Some scenarios were tricky, but having a strong understanding of ISO standards and audit procedures really helped. Preparation is key—don’t just memorize, understand the concepts properly. Feeling very happy to clear this one!

For the question 6- the continual improvement , the organization shall continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the QMS. Not Efficiency, Refer Clause 10.3 continual improvement in ISO 9001 :2015
