Question #78 starts "Read the following steps", however the remainder of it is not organized into steps, is not organized to a numbered or bulleted list, and therefore appears to be fragments of sentences. Please fix?

Question #70 needs the choices fixed. Choice A is blended into the Scenario :-( There are some other questions with the same formatting mistake. How can they get fixed?

Question 54's answer is marked "C", however, based on the Explanation, which seems to have nothing to with Choice "C", it seems to me the correct answer is "A". What do you think?

Question 102's Answer is noted as Choice C, however the Explanation is all about pseudonymization, which is Choice A. How can this be fixed?

Question 143 is incorrect, the answer is should be B, and the explanation is unrelated to the scenario. Other than that great work
