I don't know how this can exist. peer is as 1, local router as=100. any as=690 route from peer as=1 will have path "1 690", regex says as path has only one hop of 690. so no route can ever come in like ^690$ from as=1 peer. weight value on another ibgp peer doesnt transfer to this peer. so the only logical answer would seem to be a (local preference higher on another peer (presumably ibgp)
