Overview of the HCNP-VC (Huawei Certified Network Professional- Video Conference) Exam
H11-861 validates the technical competencies of network engineers and video conferencing administrators in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Huawei’s enterprise video conferencing ecosystem. Candidates must demonstrate mastery of H.323 and SIP signaling protocols, H.264 and H.265 video encoding, and QoS mechanisms necessary for low-latency media transmission. The curriculum mandates proficiency in managing Huawei’s SMC2.0/3.0 platforms, CloudMCU architectures, and TE-series endpoints, emphasizing complex multisite meeting scheduling, NAT traversal, and firewall security policies. Engineers must effectively integrate H.460 traversal solutions and manage audio-visual peripherals within converged IP networks to ensure high-fidelity telepresence, fault isolation, and seamless interoperability between heterogeneous video communication frameworks.
