The answer should be yes, paying electricity bill is recurring in nature hence need to be considered as OPex, CAPex is the one time investment required for setting up the facility.

unless i miss something i dont thing autonomous AP can be configured and managed by WLC. I understand that autonomous AP operates independently. or can someone elaborate question 272
