I feel like Question 31 on the PMI-ACP test questions is wrong. Shouldn't it be high risk low value?

I am from India. I wrote this exam last week and I passed. The study material is good. Saved me a lot of time. I was actually planning on a bootcamp but then I came across this site and decided to give a try. It worked out well.

I loved the payment part of the website. They do not ask for any personal information. Just the credit card number and date. Very desecrate. I like!
