Responding to Mr Harsh's question below - @Harsh, I did successfully clear the CSA exam over the weekend. These question dumps were helpful for a revision / practice. However, please be informed that these questions alone WILL NEVER SUFFICE and THERE ARE A LOT OF ERRORS in the answers provided as well ( Not sure who has uploaded these!? )
PLEASE GO THROUGH THE COMPLETE COURSE CONTENT ON THE NOW LEARNING PLATFORM and DO ALL THE EXERCISES IN THE PERSONAL DEVELOPER INSTANCE provided by Service Now. After that these questions will help for getting yourself attenuated to the type of questions and the various options that come in normally, which you have to chose from.

Option (d) is only when 'Elevate Role' option is exercised by the administrator

Answer to Q162, is (D). It is clearly mentioned even in the link furnished below in the reference section. PLEASE CORRECT THE ERRORS in the DUMP. Many WRONG ANSWERS FOUND!!!
